Your Heart Has Broke In Two
Your heart has broke in two today
A loved one has passed away
The Angels came and called him home
On earth he just couldn’t stay
Alone the feelings mix rage with sorrow
Because life seems so unfair
So many questions left unanswered
The time just wasn’t there
The deepest regret of words unsaid
Makes the pain so hard to bare
The dreams you once shared have ended
But his dreams for you live on
He prays you will know he loved you
And how you brought great joy into his life
He prays you will always be happy
And pass the sadness with the night
If you close your eyes you will see him
You can always keep him near
By remembering the loving moments
And the cherished times that you have shared
And if ever you are lonely,
you can meet him from time to time
When you lay your head down to sleep at night
In your dreams he will meet you anytime
