Fresh from the earth, both ripe and green.
Choose movement — steady, strong, and true,
A walk, a stretch, a breath renewed.
Choose rest when weary bones grow tired;
Let peaceful sleep be God-inspired.
Small decisions, day by day,
Shape the life you live and pray.
They build up strength, extend your years,
Bring clearer thoughts and calm your fears.
They give a wealth no gold can buy —
A steady heart, a hopeful eye.
Our loving Creator, wise and kind,
Desires sound body and a clear mind.
“I wish above all things,” He says,
“That you be whole in all your ways.”
To prosper, thrive, and firmly stand
Secure within His guiding hand.
Yet sometimes we falter, sometimes fall,
We fail to heed wisdom’s call.
Poor choices carry hidden costs —
Energy fades, vitality lost.
Seeds once sown begin to grow,
And in the body, sorrow shows.
Still mercy speaks; God restores.
He heals, renews, and strength outpours.
With patient love, He leads again
And lifts the weak, encouraging men.
Health is a trust — a sacred gift,
Not shaped by chance, nor ruled by drift.
When we care for flesh and frame,
We honour God and praise His name.
A sounder mind, a joyful heart
Begin with choices set apart.
Peace within and strength without
Grow where faithful steps walk out.
