Your Goodbye

Your face, was like home
After years of being gone

Your voice, music to my heart
That once was torn apart

Your fingers, soft against my hair
gone, were all my cares

Your eyes, never left me
Still as blue as can be

Your arms, a safety I have missed
Those hugs, I could never resist

Your lips, close to mine
Sadly Whispered your goodbye
