Your Games

I wish I knew what to write to you
My body feels like it has the flu

I couln't say the words before
Now I want to tell them even more

I hate that you left me here
Without even a single tear

I have called your name and reached out
But you still can't hear my shout.

I cried and tried and tried
But you still could not decide

I finally had to tell you no
So you decided that you had to go

I will never stop loving you
And I am going to try and make it through

I hope that you will someday learn
That my heart your games did burn.
