Your Assignment

God created solutions to problems,
Whereby you’re assigned on earth.
So recognize your assignment to solve a problem—
Let your assignment birth.
Your assignment possesses passion,
So you’ll excel in what you love most.
Let your assignment become your
obsession—
Seasons of preparation to post.

You’re given gifts for your assignment,
So when God’s time is right,
your assignment will be recognized
And your gifts will take wings of flight.
Be aware of your difference from others.
It’s your difference that will be recognized.
Who sees you determines your promotion;
Your own family will be surprised.

Your assignment will require preparation,
That could take a number of years.
Moses’ assignment was Israel’s deliverance—
Caused him a wilderness experience and tears.
You are born to solve other’s problems,
And that’s how you’ll find your reward.
Pray to the God of heaven—
Your assignment to be set in motion, not
ignored.

Your assignment will have an enemy—
In your enemy you’ll find promotion.
David killed Goliath for Israel;
In this assignment, David found recognition.
Your assignment gives you financial provision—
Provision that is guaranteed.
Provision’s an incentive for obedience—
Provision provides great joy indeed!
