Your Absence

the sun descended when you left
the moon bereft of its glow
the wind's blow scattering leaves

suddenly we ceased to speak 
the bleakness of each morning
continued pouring teardrops

years were the wasted days
hastened only by sleep
a heap of misunderstandings
