The Situation

The two become one. And then get tortured by their children. and have their spirits raised by their grand children.

TS, You got that one right. Aren't grandchildren and great grandchildren wonderful. LOL..I should say that children are wonderful also but we as parents suffer when they go wrong and are able to glow when they do something right. This made me feel so much, how soul warming it is to be in deep love, grow old together, ah. Lucky and blessed are the ones that share a love that deepens with time .

Victor, It is and that is the way it should be but it doesn't happen that way anymore for at least 50% of the marriages so I am told. Thanks for the visit. Sara

It's actually good that love lasts into old age, especially as the internet offers so much choice.

Paul, Yes, if a person wanted to go in that direction the internet offers all kinds of sexual experiences, but it doesn't offer love unless one is looking to date someone that will lead to a lasting relationship. A little bump in marital bliss can cause one to want to go astray or end it altogether but we are in it for the long haul. Thanks for the visit to my page and the nice comments. Sara
