Young Is Old Fashioned

When you are young you think young is new,
But being young is really old fashioned.
When you are young you think being old is out-of-date,
But old is simply the latest version of the previously young.

thanks for the response, I wanted to write something about an idea I had, like an old man meets a child and asks: "how old are you?", and the kid says "5 years old", and the old man says "5! Yeah I was 5 like 70 years ago, its so old fashioned being 5, really out dated and so passé."
