Young Hearts Collaboration

A heart drawn around the initials of two Awkward boy uttered fluttered love Graffiti scrawled in black marker pen Vandalism was rife in school back then. Whispered timid stuttered muttered girl You held me close and pecked my cheek The teacher caught us red handed And showed his annoyance, with us meek. The Principal made us paint The wall under the staircase Of the main hall, blue The love we felt back then, was a changing hue. 15.09.2020
