Nature so feels the murmur of summer,
And the whispers of many young dreams;
With spring past, the vibrant newcomer,
Bears gilded rays and clouds of cream.
Romantic red robin becomes a Don Juan,
With his sweet and captivating tune;
Seedlings grow before the season's gone,
Dance of silvery breezes under the moon.
Nature perceives the rapture of roses,
And the untamed beat of all wild things,
And feels His joy anytime God composes,
With all young life softly blossoming!
Dignified toad croaks on his lily pad,
As giddy lovers plan for their wedding,
While all the world now seems so glad,
And is why myriad blooms are spreading!
