Young Boy's Dream

Looking outside the window, I saw a familiar apparition of a young boy building a grained-sand of castle. His smile was filled with joy. Full of excitement. Full of dreams... I know him so well. He used to tell impossible things… His visions of what he wanted to be. for the next decade of his life. It was far from reality… Too ambitious. So I lend him my ears. I allowed him to dream. He went all the way and experience the whole thing! Happiness and failure… A topsy-turvy excursion. He was worthy of his dream. I told him to give up many times. But he never allowed his pandemonium to kill what he had started. I felt his thirst of fighting. He was ready to cross boundaries. No matter what. Looking outside the window, The young boy’s apparition slowly vanished. I know he did make his own castle. His life is now filled with contentment. Self-actualized. Complete.
