Young and Free

Young and free what we're supposed to be They're out all night in risque heels shootin whiskey till noone feels Dancin with men twice they're age embracing the power of youth, center stage No cares in the world, except about boys how they look, proper poise Stumbling home mid summers eve best friends lock arms, young and free My friends turned 21 that summer while I became your unwed mother I may have missed that part of life I may not have done all of this right but theres not one thing I would trade I'd go back and do it all the same I'm young, but not free your little blue eyes capture all of me I look at you, you're all I see and theres nowhere else I'd rather be
