You'Ll Be the Lonely One

You'll be the lonely one By Michelle Morris 04/06/2021 Yesterday the magic died, I saw the blankness in your eyes; The love so completely gone, Coldness left in your heart. I stood still and numb, Felt the rejection pierce my soul; And onto my knees I fell Into hell, into hell, into hell. Chorus Ooooh, where, oh where Has our love gone? (Gone, gone, gone) And why, oh, why (Why, why, why?) Did you string me all along? (Along, along, along) After all is said, and all is done, (Done, done, done) I guess you'll be the lonely one. (One, one, one) Just like me now, (Just like me now) Just like me now. (Just like me now) (end chorus) And from the ashes I rose, I rose, I rose; Became stronger through hope, And moved on to better love. Today, I move through water, Swim to another shore; Maybe this time it will be better, Upon me fate will smile. Chorus After all is said, and all is done, (Done, done, done) Guess you'll be the lonely one. (And you'll come undone) No more for me now, (No more for me now) I'm free now, free and fine.
