You Say She's Not Much To Look At
Oh...you say she's not much to look at...
and others may agree.
You'd never find her picture in some beauty magazine.
Some say that isn't true.
The secret is...first accept yourself for all your great uniqueness.
How do you measure beauty...
is it only what one sees?
Can this really be all there is...
Is beauty just skin deep?
My wife's not a runway model or a star on the TV,
but step aside...I'll cast my vote...she's more than that to me.
Although she wears worn out clothing...
she treats me like a king
and donates time to those in need.
To me she's everything.
How do you measure beauty...
Is it only what one sees?
Can this really be all there is...
Is beauty just skin deep?
Her family all adore her...
in spite of all her so called flaws.
They don't judge her by her cover...
she's not waiting for applause.
So if you think she's not much to look at...
then think again my friend.
The beauty I think counts the most
comes from deep within.
