You Promised
YOU PROMISED YOU WOULD ALWAYS BE MINE,
YOU PROMISED IN MY LIFE YOU WOULD ALWAYS SHINE,
BUT YOU HAVE LEFT ME IN DARKNESS AND PAIN,
THE PAIN WHICH I'M UNABLE TO EXPLAIN.
YOU PROMISED YOU WOULD NEVER LEAVE ME,
YOU PROMISED YOU WOULD NEVER DECEIVE ME,
YOU BROUGHT HAPPINESS INTO MY LIFE,
AND NOW
WITHOUT YOU THERE'S NO MEANING TO MY LIFE.
"WHY HAVE YOU LEFT ME?",IS MY QUESTION,
FOR ENJOYING LIFE I HAVE NO PASSION,
BUT YOU AREN'T HERE TO REPLY,
BECAUSE TO ME AND THE WORLD
YOU HAVE SAID GOOD-BYE.
