You Played My Song
The vast radiant creature plays his love into my heart. Does your heart have
thorns intact? Did you just a moment ago," Knock On Heavens Door?" Did the
big man open the door? Did he enjoy your sweet serenade? I know I did. I
wanted to be there with you as you performed your greatest performance of all,
for the all mighty one so high up there. Did you get to get so high to see his
presence to play for his muse. I want to be there, I want to hear my song.
You play so well, I cannot see you. You keep getting higher the deeper the music
traps you in. Don't get to high, I want to hear my song. You've worked your way
inside. Do you like what you see? Is it nothing like anything you've seen before.
Ego's get in the way of how my song come's out. Please be open to let me
inside. Get so deep inside my soul. Don't let your mind lose control. Don't think.
Just see. Record this memory. Make it a song, make it my song.
