You Never Know

You Never Know
By Franklin Price

You never know when you will meet
One who affects your life
One who brings a smile to you
To reduce your daily strife

Could be a passing stranger
A posting on the internet
A neighbor's friendly waving
You've seen one today I'll bet

Don't really have to look that far
Just keep an open mind
And an attitude that's positive
Who knows what you will find

You never know when you're the one
Who helps another on the way
Just by being who you are
And saying what you say

Each day when rising from the bed
Prepare yourself for who you'll see
Put your very best foot forward
The one you affect could just be me

I'm hoping you will do this
It's just as good for you as me
Be kind to others and yourself
And you will be who you should be

You never know...but ever feel.I fee?l you are inspired each time.I can see a noble soul. And as Melville said, all noble soul are a little touched by melancholy.

How nice of you to say that. I feel I am inspired and am melancholy; not for me but for those who do not have the peace I feel in my soul. I hope very much that you have the same. Thanks for visiting again.
