Just had to read this one, of course... And it's fascinating to me -- for you have penned the truth not only about creatures, but about human (Wolfs) too. I come from no family (for various reasons). When, one December night, my ex-wife literally locked me out of the I had struggled to help build, I was lone wolf. Felt hunted for years! (Happy ending, though: remarried and built another family. This one's intact). Thanks for the thought-provoking write/read. :) gw
