Listen to poem:

You May Break My Heart

You may break my heart, but I will never lose
So many men at my feet from which to choose

Picking up the pieces and mending my heart
Pumping new life into me giving me a kick start

So think twice before you’re breaking my heart
I will be coming back to rip your sorry soul apart

Used and abused me; wrenching at my emotions
Enjoying the impact of each heart felt explosions

Controlled manipulation applied with a skilled art
Dying in your arms, left at your feet falling apart

So think twice before you’re breaking my heart
I will be coming back to rip your sorry soul apart

Strength in pain, I will rise up again and face you
Devouring your heart until all payments are due

Kneeling at my feet begging me with your sorry plea
Never again, never again, with your pretty please

So think twice before you’re breaking my heart
I will be coming back to rip your sorry soul apart
