You Made Everything
You made everything bright and beautiful
you made the world wide and wonderful
and gave us a cord that cute and colorful
that we may be through and truthful.
You gave us the dazzling daylight
you gave us saintly stars each night
and you gave us this life and sure sights
to see what you’ve made with your might.
Oh lord my partner and portion forever
my helper and healer when I’ve got fever
my strength and shield that never waiver
oh lord… my friend and father forever.
