You Lied
Your words are dripping with poison,
that keep festering into lies
I've tried to believe in second chances
and I gave it a million tries
Your lies are like a cancerous tumor,
that grows without restraint
Looking for hearts to be destroyed
and relationships it can taint
A fatal disease without a cure,
that knows its victim well
A curse that always leads to pain,
a heartless and wicked spell
You leave behind an empty stain,
that spoils what's left inside
I'm not the man I was meant to be,
All because you lied
