You Left Me With a Dream

I dream of you coming to see me
I dream of you calling me
I dream of you texting me
I dream of you coming to me as I needed you
I dream of you being there to talk to 
I dream of feeling that love that we had for each other
I dream of you hugging me when I needed it the most
I dream of the memories that you left me with

All I have is a picture in a frame
I look at that to talk to you
I look at that to say I love you
I look at that to say I miss you
I look at that just to see your face again
I look at that, then I lose it
I just have to cry

You left me with a dream
A dream that no one wants to know
A dream that no one wants to deal with
A dream that no one knows how much the pain hurts
A dream that I just can't wake up from
A dream that is a dream of unforgettable stuff
A dream that you had to leave me with
You left me a dream 
A dream you were still here

Did you mean picture where you say pitcher or excuse me if you want it that way. Agnes Lollman August 11, 2017 at 7:51 PM nope you were write I had put the wrong one in there. It should of been picture as a photo and a pitcher of ice tea don't know how to fix it but thank you. Its a battle everyday. Its a dream that a friend had left me in and I can't get out of it.
