You Kill My Heart All Over Again
I was doing great the other day, everything was going my way.
Then I see your face and my heart splatters all over the place.
I see you with your new love, and the little boy you conceived in love.
I'm glad to see you happy with your little boy.
It fills my heart with joy to know you've grown up and are happy being an
awsome dad,
that you were always meant to be.
You were so many good things that you never could see.
I knew, I've known all along that your will was strong.
Although I'm happy for you a sadness lingers on.
I try my hardest to fight it back and keep my composure strong.
I still want you and can't have you, a fact I deal with everyday.
It stings my heart to know that she's there to share your life with you.
I know it's pretty silly the feel the way I do, we weren't together very long
it bairley lasted a minute.
My life feels a little empty without you in it.
I never believed in soulmates until the day we met.
I remember that day so well, it was so clique, but it was real.
Our eyes met and our hearts connected.
It only lasted a second, but I felt it right down to the bone.
So know your never alone, I will always be there in some sense or
another.
Maybe it's really over and it was our last chance, I think our love
deserves a second dance.
I might not be talking about lovers, cause I understand your a
committed man.
I don't want to hurt anyone, maybe a friendship could emerge?
I'd rather have that than nothing at all, please know I'm here whenever
you fall.
Everytime I see you you kill my heart all over again.
I'm waiting for my friend , "until the end."
