You Forget
Ne’er so sudden the winter blast—
Ne’er so unsteady the billow-beaten mast—
Ne-er so foolish the mischievous boy
Who was ne’er so careless had he such a toy.
Ne’er so frightened the haunted fox—
Ne’er so forgotten in a cedar-scented box.
