You Can'T Handle the Truth

"You Can't Handle The Truth," is a line from the movie A Few Good Men, and it has grown in popularity ever since then. I've heard many others quote that phrase again and again, who are just as blind to the truth that they are all quoting. The real truth regarding all of the ills of our society, is generally way too frightening for the average individual to believe, and so the truth continues to be ignored by everybody, as they all just slip back into their world of false comfort complacency. This world will only change for the better only if all of us do, whatever is needed to understand and to learn how to handle the truth.
