You Can Grow
When we met
I couldn't forget
Its not what it seems
Staying up late talking about dreams
You were on my team
How can i forget when we rode together
On our bikes in the bad weather
When i heard you were kind
Love is what we wanted to find
Left walking on a path that left us blind
Time is fast time and time is slow
But when i tell you Dawson you can grow
When i heard you died
It left a deep divide
When i heard you attempted suicide
I know your stuck in eternal sleep
Striking feelings so deep
It has never felt so clear
But when you wake up I'll be here
