You Asked My Why I Love You

You asked me
Why I love you
I'm not sure what to say
Words cannot express the love
The love that grows each day.

I've loved you since the day we met.
And on that fated day
I met the man from my dreams
And I'm quite blessed I'd say.

I love you for seeing
The beauty in things
And the dedication that you show,
The compassion and comfort you give,
When I am feeling low.

The reasons why I love you
Are too numerous to count.
There are so many reasons why
I cannot give you an amount.

I loved you then,
I love you now
And all the days in between.
A love like ours is hard to find,
A love that's never been seen.
