It is not whether you can a take a punch or not; but how you deal with the emotional turmoils presented throughout your life that determines your true strength.
Silence does not define a person as weak, but often, much stronger because they can carry themselves despite what may be happening.
Our attitudes towards things beyond our control determines our strength and weakness.
You are strong. Stronger than you believe.
