You Are One Of A Kind ‘Poetry is when an emotion has found its thought and thought has found words.’ These golden lines of the American poet Robert Frost, truly describe poetry in all ways. I have written this poem to convey that we should be proud of who we are; we should not try to change ourselves in order to pleaes someone. So, here is an emotional take that I hope will leave you spellbound in many ways. You are you, fly high and be free, But all I could see Is who the world wanted you to be. If you are Ronaldo, there is no need to be Picasso. You have to keep this in your mind, You can’t be both Michael Jordan and Albert Einstein. You might not be the most beautiful, But you have beauty in full. It’s okay, if they call you silly, Don’t feel hopeless, Don’t be heartbroken. You are intelligent, you are smart, As a winner you will never lose your charm. Keep your head high, You’ve got to reach up to the sky. It’s okay if you fail in a task, Work hard, give your best, Have determination and zest, God will see the rest. Be proud of yourself, you are unique, If you want to be some one, You know exactly who to be. Tell the world you are not What they all say. You’ve got your own special way. Your potential is all you need to find. You are who you are, Unique, different, unlike. You are one of a kind.
