You Are Not Alone: a Tribute To Michael Jackson

On this day millions of people worldwide, will
be sharing in a memorial for Michael Jackson.
They will remember the bright eyed little boy,
who captured the heart of America by storm.
His energy and high child voice were a sensation.
They eventually earned his the name "King of Pop".
I grew up with him along with countless others.
I watched the fire that drove him, year after year.
Somewhere along the way the world consumed him.
The price of fame changed him with it's cruelity.
His need to be different made him a outcast.
How many people who snickered and called him names,
are dusting off that L.P. of "Thriller" they still own.
Why is it that a tragedy had to remind people of
the human kindness and decency that he possessed.
So today as you moonwalk into infinity, Michael,
You are not alone, your music lives on in each of us.

This is a good one, Michael Jackson was really misjudged! I was always afraid of him until he died and I learned what I good heart he had!
