You Are Never Alone

If you wake each morning with fear in your eyes,
Seeing only the end, not the start of your life,
Remember—even in shadows, a spark can ignite.
Pause, take a breath, and prepare for the fight.

Think of the ones who hold you dear,
Those who would weep if you weren’t here.
And if no name rises clear in your mind,
Don’t despair—such friends you will find.

For often, behind your quietest thought,
Is someone who cared, someone who sought
To offer a smile, a word, a hand,
A whisper of courage to help you stand.

Even in darkness, the stars still gleam,
Reminders of hope, of love, of dream.
You’re not walking this path on your own—
Others are waiting, a call on the phone.

So reach for the lifeline, steady and true,
Find someone trusted to carry you through.
Life is a jewel, rare and unknown—
And no matter how heavy the night.

You are never alone.
