You Are Blind

Do I talk too proper to recognize my being
Do I have to used the word nigga just to have you leanin
Have you spending
Time is not an issue, I just want to wish you
Even want to kiss you

But you don’t hear me
Your eyes won’t let you see me
I’m not vibin da way you like
It’s not my fault that I see more to life

Then to run da streets no purpose in mind
Drinkin all day getting high at night
Sittin on da stoop with nothing to do
Yea I can ball, I can make it do what it do

But I rock suits like a corporate thug
Sittin in my office with my corporate mug
I can go down to saks fifth and stack fits
Or go down magnolia bumping dat nolia

Gators on and da Stacy Adams
Looking fresh in the spot and you lookin at em
Your man jus bounced with next fly booty
Now you looking at me wishin you had em

My crib stay clean in the lap of comfort
Got my own stuff so you can come for
About several minutes to several days
Nothing will change it’ll stay the same

No front, not acting, you see what you get
Go ahead and be a go getta maybe we’ll be betta
Maybe you’ll see cheddar through the bad weather
But shorty you’re blind so that time will be never
