You & I

I made a mistake, yes I know.
I fell down & you rose up.
This wasn't how it was supposed to end...

-I've been seeing ghosts, yes I know it sounds crazy but can't you just listen?!
I was always meant to be with you and here's the proof:

-I fell into a trance when we first danced, when I first saw you I heard a bell ring, we
both love the same type of music, but does our nationality really have to be put into the mix?

-Yes,I'm older & yes you're the only one I ever really fell for but us being born with the
same nationality isn't really helping.
We're both so stubborn that we can't even look at each other anymore.

You made your choice & I made mine.
You moved on and stayed on the ground while I continued to float on Cloud nine.
Highest hopes in the world that you'll make the right decision after I was brought down to
Ground Zero.
