I was always down when you were around
I was too much of a fool
To realize I was in love with you
You made me smile at the craziest times
then I knew I would be fine
The way you looked into my eyes
made me wanna cry
You made my worries disappear when you were near
You were always in my head
I knew I would never be misled
You were always near when I needed and ear
You've loved me and hurt me in so many ways
We would laugh and fight
but somehow I knew everything would be alright
The way you held me in you arms
made me feel safe from harm
I knew I could trust you
cause our love is true
I was in love with you
