You

Pick yourself up and pull yourself together
Take a pill or collect some lucky heather

Don’t ring the doctors and waste their time
Stay off the booze and the ing wine

Go out more and get some air
Find a friend, preferably not square

Buy a dog, a cat, or such like
And live in hope that it doesn’t bite

Don’t hide inside and waste your life
Look for a husband or maybe a wife

Buy a coat or a new pair of shoes
Turn off the radio, it’s always bad news

Get rid of social media and the broadcasting e
Read a book that will immerse and delight

Turn the next left instead of the right
Turn off the lamp and enjoy the dark night

Look forward to Christmas or that special occasion
And embrace the moment like a secret liaison

Take sound advice from your trusted soles
Don’t listen to losers or hopeless fools

And above all of this remember one thing
Be who your are and all that you bring
