You

When I closed my eyes

All I see is you

When I am all alone

Your shadows stayed behind

When my mind wanders

My thoughts came back to you

'Strange...', I thought

When we first met

Despite the nervousness in the air

She broke all the 'rules'

Her voice filled the air

The sound of laughter warmed that cold night

And when I close my eyes

I would remember your smiles...

Your laughter, your little quirks

And when I am all alone

I can't help but feel blue

It feels like the rain never stops raining

And when my mind wanders

It's you, only you that I could think of

Unspoken words were said in the prayer

as I hold the freshly dug soils

Flashes of our memories raining on me

As I forcefully wrecked my brain just to remember you

I just wish you could have said something, anything

Just so I could say 'hello' back to you
