SWEET WAFFLE DRIPPINGS

The myth of Sweetness

4 cups of corn syrup
2 cups of honey
2 cup of maple syrup
1 cup of black molasses
2 vanilla beans seeded and
 chopped placed in cheese cloth
1 cup of dark rum
5 tablespoons of butter extract
in a pot bring to a soft simmer for
15 minutes
allow to cool remove cheese cloth
strain and bottle

calls for 2 dried hot peppers
Peppers were omitted but can be added
if one desires such!
Great with bacon,
Pork bacon, goat bacon, beef bacon turkey bacon
it's great with bacon!
