Yoga

Yoga had me do the plow
Twist my spine I just said how
Reset my spine feet overhead
To calm myself inside instead

To be so calm when drama’s rise
A symptom of complete surprise
My temper better held in check
Yoga has my just respect

My Yoga headstand is the best
I see it as my simple test
So natural normal once and then
Have done before and will again.

makes you flexible  true
i must make time if i'm half wise
fore my bones get black n blue
