Yet To Be

From a deluge to a trickle, from a roaring to a sigh, time passes, irretrievable, where did the hours fly? I thought of kites and butterflies, of seasons never ending, of wishes, dreams and fantasies, forever was I spending. But now I treasure memories, the pendulum has shifted, I think of pleasures here and now, with you I have been gifted. Butterflies will e'er delight me, kites will set my soul to flight, but you have set my heart to beating, you are now my true delight!

So lovely Keith; I seem to stumble on these gems you write and am forever fascinated with the tenderness and joy that seeps from your love poetry. You are a special guy who knows how to say all the right things! Love Elizabeth
