Yesterday's Promises:

Today marks another
Day unto being the
Beginning in which we

Seldomly look upon as
Being my wand in foot
Stepping towards the

Lessons promises taught me
When it's bosom rocked
The hand that shook

Truthfully leaving behind
A legacy of guilt and
Shame.

But I promised you this
And I promised you that,
But I never made any

Efforts towards showing
You that everything you
Look at. Isn't always

What it is out to be.

Yesterday's Promises.
