Yesterday I Died

Yesterday I died.
It wasn't hard to leave.
I should've held on tight,
But didn't care to live.

Yesterday I left
All this pain and fear,
Memories I kept.
And now they disappeared.

Yesterday I said
To this world "goodbye".
The bullet in my head...
It will never lie.

Yesterday my heart
Was so filled by pain.
I've fallen apart
And never will again.

Never will I be
Desperate, insane.
Never will I see
That it's all in vain.

I wish I could fly
To the lightest side,
Live and never cry,
But yesterday I died.

Many deaths we die but we must carry on for the times we get to live.
