Yesterday and Today

Yesterday was full of dreams you and me in the flow of things time and space hurrying in the age of chase a home, a car, a job kept us busy forever scrambling in a tizzy, no time to slow our pace occupied by the flow of life erased; Today, all I do is look back searching thru the memories we lacked missing who we were as one and in retrospect, life can never be undone when we shared our promises now erased escaped the blessings of love's grace if only time could be an instant rewind when I was yours and you were mine.
