Yes Ok Maybe a Little

I wash away my tie dye smile
yet my mind flashes with color
eyes shut
ears open
I listen to the words
filling my soul with such a wild creation
unknown
put me in my zone and send me your rhythm
toe tapping-hand clapping
a love for a lifetime of the most beautiful shade.

Moving along to the unknown beat
eyes shut
ears open
I wash away my tie dye smile
and paint it in my mind
flashes flicker faster forever
the brightest of the brightest
a flash of color that lasts for a lifetime
one day when your shade was mixed with mine
a love for a lifetime of the most beautiful shade.
