Yes I Care

I keep all this smile
Push away some pride
Look at my heart
Seeking for more

Attention, those are not
Tears, of desperation
I just wanna reach the door
Don’t wanna keep waiting for

This feeling of lost
Of all the demons who talk
Over my voice, restless
So I can beat my best

Yes I care, I gotta be somewhere
Yes I dare, the world to be fair

I’m scared, sure
It covers my eyes
Sometimes, it’s fine
'Cause I’ll reach the door
Run 1000 miles if needed for
But I’ll reach the door
To free my mind
To create my own chord.

Yes I care, I gotta be… better.

Thanks for sharing this... exposing your thoughts through your unique poetic style. Meanwhile, I greet you with the love of the Lord, expressed by John 3:16 of the Bible, "For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life." Be blessed.
