Yes

our organic responibility then
is to guard and care for all we see
earth farm family trees
stars and sun
little ones
our primal need to gather 
and propogate will strengthen us all
and our lessons to our young
and those who seek our guidance
is
to care for all we do and see
how we speak
what we teach 
in time each matter matters most of all
to us and then to them
in gentle words and kinder deeds we cultivate
our sons and daughters
lost souls that come our way and
each other
to have that safe and holy resting place
to be one's self
and take the learnings forward
then
through time

Amen. Beautiful writing here, Veronica. Don't forget the "Form" button before you finish out your write. "Free Verse" always works ... smile ... Its been wonderful learning about the different form here at PoetrySoup and fun to play with them. I had no idea there were so many before I came to the Soup. Under "Resources" on the left you can check them out and either back space up or down at the "Form" after you've done the write. You were doing that for awhile ... smile ...
