Yearly Blech

Life is not going well this year
So much that is going on
Taking it out on others
Why can't I stop?

Drama is a word to describe it
I'm caught in the middle of reality
I hate regrets but have so many 
Gosh just end me out of my misery

i do not know?

Jessica, It is very difficult to end misery. Writing can help, but there are other things, too. Take a walk, read a book, just do something positive when you feel sad. Don't let yourself keep thinking the sad things. And remember, we are not perfect. So, we need to forgive ourselves and try each time we fail, to do better in the future. Eventually, you'll get there. The main good thing is that you are trying. And from those efforts, success will come. Take care. Lovingly, Dane
