Listen to poem:

Xmas Song

Well the memories fade with each xmas day
What you thought was unique was just another day
And your mother and father
Sisters and daughters take a place in your xmas haze
Take a drink for the season
Have a toast to the lost ones
Give a gift for the youngers
And melt away melt away..
When grand pa was living was all about giving
But truth is unforgiving each xmas day
No one remembers the reason
We survive the season
And your body is aching
For years gone away
There's no family dinners
No damn winners
This xmas day
It's all just another
day
