Wrong Respect
Standing, on the corner,
up to no good.
Trying to get paid, quickly,
from the neighborhood.
Imploring fear and persuasion,
to increase, an illegal need.
Onto misguided people,
for the sake, of their, evil greed.
Showing off, their expensive gear,
for all, to then see.
Getting a kick, out of all,
whom like them, want, to be.
Believing, their so untouchable,
that they, can truly, get away.
But caught, they soon become,
behind bars, they, then pay.
Spending a lifetime, of those years,
for a moment, of great bliss.
With all the time in the world,
to go back, to reminisce.
Eventually, becoming angry, at society,
believing their life, was in direct neglect.
But the actual reason, their where they are,
because, they sought out, the wrong respect.
