Writing a Step Down Poem
Do you write too early or too late?
It's hard to say at this late date.
Especially when specifics are the only rule,
Writing like this makes me the tool.
I wrote it early and then,
Edited the text...who knows when.
Now I'm in the quibble,
Two more lines to scribble.
Only four words now,
I've done it...somehow!
