Writers Block

Its sides are solid
               6 sides
    Hollow, but within
                         I sit
Tapping my pen
               6 sides
crumbling this paper
            piece of paper

                      Staring
at me and
               6 sides
     screaming blank
Lines begging to hold
                   words
      words
              my words
                6 sides
This is built
              with
                6 sides
trapping many
     many writers trapped
              within
                6 sides
   these solid sides
Although hollow inside
                    you sit

Damn
        tapping this pen
against these
                6 sides
    Until
              They
                        Fall
And
          All
                  These
                               Thoughts
come
  pouring
            in and words
                          form beautiful
                        beautiful words
                  they form
                               into
SOMETHING at last
               No
                 6 sides
      trapping us
                     inside

Hi Lacy... don't know the name of the form (or even if it has a name) but you've really captured what you wanted to describe! Terry

This is the first poem that I wrote in this form. I saw a few written like this. I felt that it fits well with the poem. Does anyone know exactly what type of poem you would label it?? Thanks!! let me know what you think...
